Re-Build Outbuilding and Patio

The original outbuildings to the rear of Birkrigg House were at the point of collapse. We therefore took on the task of completely demolishing one building, which then made way for a stunning patio area. The second outbuilding was then converted into a valuable and attractive storage building.

The patio area features flag topped walls, and beautiful stone steps which mean a pleasant and useful space has been created for the whole family to use and enjoy.

Eddie Lord recently completed a building project for us, which involved the removal and rebuilding of outbuildings and patio area. His work was wonderful and, unlike many builders we have employed in the past, he was punctual, tidy and generally pleasant to have around. Add this to the fact he quoted us a very fair price for the work and came in on budget (a rare thing indeed).
