The garden area to the rear of this stunning rural property was merely a banking made up of mature trees and shrubs. With the property newly purchased, the owner wanted to make it a much more manageable space, allowing them to make the most of the outdoors and the views down the dale.
We created an area set out over 6 tiers, with planted flowerbeds that could be easily managed and weeded from the pathways either side. Retaining walls following the contours of the land were constructed using local stone, with a stone seat and patio area built to enjoy the superb views.
Over 300 heather and alpine plants were planted in the new flowerbeds, to complete this beautiful garden space.
